SHIPPING FEE & TIME

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders within India.

In case of international orders, the total shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on order value, in a manner that approximates the weight of your order. The shipping charges are as follows:

  • INR 2,000 for total order value up to INR 20,000
  • INR 2,500 for total order value between INR 20,000 - INR 30,000
  • INR 3,000 for total order value between INR 30,000 - INR 40,000
  • INR 3,500 for total order value between INR 40,000 - INR 60,000
  • INR 4,000 for total order value above INR 60,000

For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.

For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be borne and paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.

Since each of our products are made to order, we mention the estimated time-to-ship for each piece in the product details page. Once shipped, Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not regarded as business days.

If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

RETURNS

Each of our products are made to order, and we are not in a position to offer any returns, refunds or exchanges once your orders are placed, and payments are processed.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets one of the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email; or
  • If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect.

All our products are handmade by master artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products, which is not regarded as a defect.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate. Any variation in colour on this account is not regarded as a defect.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team at care@sarangkaur.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information: 
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

We unfortunately will not be able to entertain emails or images sent over 1 day after delivery.

Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after which our team will email or contact you for the necessary action. 

The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by our Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement, a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.

DELIVERY 

Within India, we ship through a registered courier company. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order.

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

  • Custom size and Made to order products.
  • Orders placed using store credit
  • Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse
  • Altered products as per the specifications / measurements provided by you
  • Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion
  • Products which were identified / marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase
